Technology Foresight and University Hub

The focus of the Technology Foresight and University Hub is on the development and implementation of methods and tools. The goal is to support technology foresight, further develop processes and increase work effectiveness and efficiency.

Close collaboration with colleges and universities promotes mutual knowledge exchange, joint projects and the connection between research and practice.

Bibliometrics
Bibliometrics deals with the quantitative analysis of publication data. Using bibliometric analyses, for example, relevant actors can be identified, key publications found and the development of a topic traced.

Patent searches and -analyses
The quantitative analysis of patent literature or related search results can support decision-making by, among other things, informing the adjustment or realignment of technology strategies.

Advanced Analytics
Analytical methods and concepts that go beyond descriptive approaches are grouped under the term "Advanced Analytics". Advanced Analytics includes, among other things, data mining and text mining, text analysis including semantic analysis, big data, network and cluster analysis, machine learning and visualization concepts.
